Use of ExoCortx
ExoCortx is licensed as a personal context, capture, and productivity assistant. Your use is also subject to the applicable App Store terms.
Recording and consent
You are responsible for the photos, audio, text, and context you capture and for obtaining any consent required by law. Do not use ExoCortx for covert or unlawful recording, surveillance, harassment, or infringement of another person's rights.
Optional integrations
You are responsible for the compatible devices, networks, credentials, and user-controlled private runtimes you configure. Their operation, security, costs, storage, and availability are governed by their operators and terms.
Assistant limitations
Assistant summaries, inferred context, nudges, and automatic-learning results can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before acting, sharing, or retaining them.
No medical, emergency, or safety system
ExoCortx is not a medical device, emergency service, safety system, or substitute for professional judgment. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety-critical decisions.
Availability and changes
Features, integrations, and local models may change or become unavailable. Continuous operation, capture, device connectivity, or preservation of any record is not guaranteed.
