SparkRank Privacy Policy
Information you provide
SparkRank stores the tasks, focus blocks, settings, saved-task notes, return cards, and action history you create locally on your iPhone. SparkRank 1.0 has no account system, analytics, advertising, or cloud synchronization.
The Apple Watch companion receives today's task plan from the paired iPhone and sends Done or Stuck actions back to it.
Device permissions
Calendar access is used to find open time slots and avoid scheduling conflicts. Notifications provide focus-window alerts and pause prompts.
Speech Recognition and Microphone access are used only when you choose voice input to convert dictated task text into a planning note. SparkRank uses Apple's Speech framework and does not require on-device-only recognition, so Apple may process speech input when its recognition service is used, under Apple's privacy terms.
Purchases
SparkRank is sold as a paid App Store app. Apple processes payments, refunds, and purchase records. SparkRank does not receive or store your payment card details.
Data sharing and tracking
The shipping privacy manifests declare no collected data and no tracking. SparkRank does not sell personal information, run an advertising or analytics SDK, or track you across apps and websites.
SparkRank uses Apple frameworks for local storage, calendar access, speech recognition, notifications, App Store purchases, and communication with a paired Apple Watch. Those Apple services are governed by Apple's terms and privacy controls.
Data control
Choose Reset Local Data in SparkRank Settings to delete its locally stored tasks, focus blocks, saved tasks, signals, and settings from that iPhone. Data on another device is not affected. You can manage Calendar, Speech Recognition, Microphone, and Notification permissions in iOS Settings.
