Use of Vent Buddy

Vent Buddy is licensed as a personal self-care and entertainment tool. Your use is also subject to the applicable App Store terms.

Optional third-party AI

You are responsible for the OpenRouter API key you add, charges or limits on that account, and compliance with OpenRouter and routed model-provider terms. Do not share your key or submit content you are not authorized to disclose.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unavailable. Review it before using or sharing it, especially as interpersonal feedback.

User content

You retain responsibility for journal text, prompts, messages, and other content you enter. Do not use Vent Buddy to make threats, harass others, break applicable law, or violate another person's rights.

No medical or emergency service

Vent Buddy is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, crisis counseling, or emergency support. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services.

Use physical features safely

Use microphone and tapping activities at a safe volume and in a safe environment. Do not strike people, animals, your device, or physical objects.

Availability and changes

Vent Buddy and third-party AI features may change or become unavailable. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
