iPhone + Apple Watch
Email weslagarde@gmail.com for help with SparkRank.
Include the SparkRank version shown in Settings, the iPhone or Apple Watch model, OS version, and the steps that produced the problem.
Common topics
| Planning around Calendar | Full Calendar access lets SparkRank avoid existing events. Without it, planning uses the remaining time between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. If no blocks fit, choose a shorter default duration in Settings. Your existing plan is kept when a new plan cannot be created. |
|---|---|
| Starting and saving work | Open Focus after confirming your plan. Use Start and Done, or choose Save Context to keep notes and next steps. Open Saved to schedule a revisit or bring the task back to Focus. |
| Voice task entry | Confirm both Speech Recognition and Microphone permissions are enabled. Typing remains available without them. |
| Watch plan not updating | Open SparkRank on both the iPhone and paired Apple Watch, then keep the devices near each other while the current plan transfers. |
| Done or Stuck action missing | Open SparkRank on the paired iPhone to let it save the queued action. The Watch shows a waiting message until the updated plan returns. Include the approximate action time if you contact support. |
| Reset Local Data | Settings can permanently clear SparkRank records and preferences on the current iPhone. The paired Watch plan clears when it next syncs. |
Accounts and data
SparkRank 1.0 has no account. Use Reset Local Data in Settings to clear its records on the current iPhone, or remove the app. A paired Watch may retain its cached plan until it reconnects after a reset. Manage Apple permissions separately in iOS Settings.
