Include the DoseMotion version, iPhone and Apple Watch models, OS versions, and the steps that produced the issue. Do not email medication details or health information you do not want included in a support message.

| Apple Health access | Confirm medication read access for DoseMotion in the Health app and verify the device is running a supported OS version. |

| Microphone permission | Microphone access supports brief on-device classification. The app still uses motion when microphone access is unavailable. |
| Location context | Location is optional and used only as a rounded context signal when enabled. |
| Incorrect or missing log | DoseMotion produces estimates. Include what the app showed and verify the medication event in Apple Health or with your own records. |
Accounts and data
DoseMotion has no account or developer backend. Remove individual schedules and profiles in the app, manage permissions in iOS Settings, and remove the app to delete its local app container. The current in-app Delete All Data button is not a complete working wipe.
