| Standalone iPhone use | The core assistant, local library, capture controls, and deletion tools do not require an account, server, or accessory. |

| Capture permissions | Confirm the relevant Camera, Photo Library, Microphone, Location, Bluetooth, Local Network, or Notification permission in iOS Settings. |
| Reviewing and deleting captures | Use the review flow to keep or delete a pending capture, and the approved library to delete a saved item from the iPhone. |
| Retention settings | Unapproved local captures are eligible for cleanup under the configured retention period; approved items remain until deleted. |
| Optional device or private runtime | Include the integration type and visible connection status, but never email bearer tokens, Wi-Fi credentials, or private captures. |
Accounts and data
ExoCortx 1.0 has no account. Delete captures and memory with in-app controls or remove the app to clear its app container. Delete records held by an optional user-controlled runtime through that runtime. Email wes@glassbox-bio.com about information sent in a support request.
